Applying to MCA


Welcome New Families to MCA and thank you for applying!

 *This process is for NEW MCA Families. All returning families, please go to your FACTS Family Portal account to re-register for the next school year. Kindergarteners please see the yellow highlighted area below.


New Student Applications:

1) Create an Account: To begin the Online Application process, you will need to Create an Account.  You will then receive an email containing a verification link. This email may take a few minutes.

2) Verify the Account: Once your email address has been verified, log into your account.

3) Specify Grade and Application: Select the proper grade and campus for your student and then create a New Student Application for each student you are enrolling. *Be sure to select the correct application for the correct school year:

  • If your student is going to start between January-June 2021, please select the School Year 2020-21 application.
  • If your student is going to start Summer or Fall 2021, please select the School Year 2021-22 application.




Application Fees (non refundable):

  • U.S. Based and MCVA Students:  $75
  • International Students: $300

**Special Note to our current MCA Preschool families re-registering into Kindergarten** 

Select the "Application" option from the menu at the top of the screen and sign in with your current account information. Then select “Create a New Student Application.” You will then need to select the application called "Returning Student" and select the Kindergarten campus you want for the 2021-22 school year.
